All our activities take preservation of the environment and prevention of pollution seriously. Since 2002 we hold the ISO 14001 certification, and since 2003, we comply with the additional requeriments of the EMAS system (CE 1221:09, CE 1505:17 and CE 2026:2018), two very efficient tools for environmental management.
This guarantee of quality and respect for the environment enables us to satisfy the needs and requeriments of our customers, maintain their fidelity and open up possibilities in new markets.
Environmental Management Systems (UNE-ISO 14001)
PÀVER / RÉLEM : This International Standard specifies the requirements for an Environmental Management System to train an organisation in the formulation of policies and objectives, with consideration of legal requirements and information on significant Environmental impacts.

PÀVER : European regulations are based in a volunteer system for eco-management that permits to evaluate and improve its running, assure a high level of protection for the environment and divulge the proper information for the public and for other interested parts with the publication of an Environmental Declaration.

Quality and Environment policy
Grupo Pàver is a group of companies originated in the family company Pàver, founded in 1967 by Andrés Palau and Pedro Vera, devoted to stamping and pressing metal components, and making dies.
The main objective of Pàver is to achieve its client satisfaction, assuring compliance with their expectations by offering top quality products and services, delivering in the amount and time established and at a competitive price.
All the activities needed to achieve these goals, and other specific requirements that the organisation is committed to, regarding quality and safety of the products, and environmental management, including those concerning the Conflict Minerals (Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten and Gold), must be done not only in compliance, but, when possible, exceeding all legal and regulatory requirements. Always taking into account the preservation of the environment and protection of the natural surroundings of the company, preventing pollution as much as possible. For this purpose, Grupo Pàver considers aspects directly derived from their production activities and their products. Minimising emissions into the atmosphere, avoiding the generation of waste and organising its management, following criteria of reusing, recycling, or disposing, always selecting the option which causes the least environmental impact, avoiding discharge into the sewage system, using natural resources and raw materials rationally, and any other indirect aspect generated.
Our Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System must be organised according to the regulations of the Automotive market and certified as compliant with these regulations by independent certification bodies.
Renewal and maintenance of technologies, installations and the rest of means of production, together with a spirit of innovation and continuous improvement should lead us to provide the best solutions to our clients’ needs and to be indisputable specialists in the market.
These Continuous Improvement activities include improvement of the efficiency of the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, such as improvement of the quality of products, service and technology with a reduction in costs.
